THE EDGE FORUM RULES Terms of Usage and Conditions of Service All forums are post moderated; however, this dialogue is a cooperative endeavor. To maintain an environment conducive to quality, please agree to the following few basic guidelines and requests before using the message board: ACCOUNTS Nicknames that we feel are inflammatory, vulgar, offensive or promotional will be requested to change. Multiple accounts are not permitted unless approved by the Administrator. You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. All those individuals under 13 years of age will need a full release form from their parents before posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA). PROMOTIONAL POSTS Commercialized self promotional posts are NOT ALLOWED. The forums are not a venue for self business promotions in any way. Spam, self promotional URL drops, and whisper campaigns are strictly forbidden within the forums and will be edited out. MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES Always be respectful of other users, the system, and the moderators. We put the board online in good faith, please use it in good faith. By continuing with, and maintaining your registration, you agree to be bound by all the rules and regulations set forth on ATol and that you will check on a regular basis for any changes that may occur herein. Be descriptive, specific, and succinct in your postings. This way your opinion and point is clearly understood and referenced. Remember, people from all over the world read the forums, often with English as a second language. Please try to stay within the topic area of the forum you are posting a message in, and within any topic that another poster may have started. CONTENT MANAGEMENT Discussion on Thai monarchy is strictly forbidden. When a message is placed in any forum system, you are granting a soft license to the site to use it. PRIVACY POLICY Any on site private discussions with moderators related to board policy or actions maybe shared with administrators if we feel it is necessary. Republication of private discussions on the public board is not advised however maybe tolerated depending on the circumstances, again down to the discretion of the Administrator. Differences of opinion are nothing to do with ATol or its staff and should remain between the parties concerned regardless of their status on this board. CONDUCT You will not copy and retransmit any information out of these forums without first getting the permission of the original author of the message and the Administrator. Abuse of the Private Message system by means of spamming other members will not be tolerated and will result in the service being disabled. Flaming or personal attacks are not allowed or tolerated.
